Can Stained Concrete be scratched?
Although we utilize commercial grade sealers for increased durability, it is possible to scratch. That is why we suggest maintaining floors with an easy to use floor wax which offers additional protection against scratching and is easy to reapply.
Can it be done outside?
Stained concrete can be done inside and outside. Its rapid gain in popularity is for its old world look in conjunction with its low maintenance.
In what condition does the floor need to be to accept Stained Concrete?
To stain existing concrete it has to be free of paint, coatings, and major imperfections. The good news is that even if your concrete has imperfections we can resurface it with a polymer modified micro topping to create a new canvas that will accept the stain beautifully.
What are the advantages of staining a floor over other flooring materials?
The advantages of stained concrete include: reduced allergens, no harmful VOCs emitted, it won’t feed toxic mold, requires low maintenance, has an old world look, with many colors and designs from which to choose.
Will Stained Concrete be cold?
